Crystal's Skull Bracelet Set

This was loved by many of my Instagram & Facebook fans. These howlite skull beads and colorful flower beads I bought at a Bead Show awhile ago went perfect together for a bracelet set made for Crystal. Elastic style bracelets easy to put on and can be worn with anything she wears. ANYTHING. You'll see more of these style bracelets again soon. I kind of forgot how simple jewelry can be sometimes. It's hard moving away from charm bracelets but I'm working on it. No worries, I got a few more surprises up my sleeve..

Confection Bracelets are a hit!!

I've already sold 2 of my confection bracelets since I've introduced them last week. I've gotten great feedback so maybe I'll keep that style around for awhile? Going to be really busy these next couple of months because I've gotten a wave of new custom charm bracelet requests and I gotta make those deadlines. Can't complain about all the new work coming to me and we're still in January! I'm ready for it!! =P

Staying Busy

I've just received 3 emails for charm bracelet requests this past weekend so of course look out for those in the next month. I'm loving my new Confection bracelets but can you believe there are MORE new styles I have to show you? Yes, when I said I've spent the last couple of months brainstorming and thinking of ways to make my little creative business better... I really meant it. Let's just say, I'm starting this New Year right!

My new Confection Bracelets

I am crazy EXCITED to finally introduce one of my newer styles that I've decided to make this year called Confections. Not sure if it will be permanent, but for now the troll bead style bracelets are popular and in. These ones I've made were experimental and came out better than I thought. Although I'm one to go for more of a bold and chunkier style, these mix & match bracelets are wonderful eye candy! Trollbeads can be made from so many different materials such as glass, gems, amber, crystal, silver and even gold. An easier style bracelet to make, I still love these one strand yet catchy bracelets and hope you enjoy them as much as I do. All of them are 7.5" in length and will be up for sale by the end of the week on my Etsy account.

Melanie's Birthday Gift

A matching charm bracelet and earring set. Greens, browns and tans. I didn't want to make this one too chunky but I still wanted it to stand out. I used neutral colors so she's able to wear it dressy or with all her casual outfits. Medium size marbles and little touches of faceted sparkling beads to add some shine.  Making jewelry as Birthday gifts is one of my favorite things. Seeing their reaction is priceless. It looked WONDERFUL on her, she loved it and of course, a Happy HAPPY Birthday!!

Hello to a New Year for New Ideas

Happy 2012 to you!! I'm so excited to bring in new work and slowly reveal some new jewelry styles I've been brainstorming these last couple of months. One of the great things about keeping up with my blog is being able to look back at all of my work and see how much I've accomplished. In the last year custom charm bracelet requests have continued to pour in and I was able to fit a little necklace work, make some jewelry for  myself, donated some of my pieces to local fundraisers and I even got my jewelry published for the first time in a Bridal Magazine. I got engaged last July and since then I've been finding time to design jewelry and plan my wedding. (Still will be planning for another couple of months!) The above photo and the one below are bracelets made for Christmas gifts for Kathy & Crystal. They both came with matching earrings. The above set was made mostly with beads by Jesse James and the one below was made with previous beads I had and some ornamental charms.

Natural & Unrefined: Unpolished and no sparkle here. Oversized beads with a whole lot of chunk. Irregular shapes and random colors that still, somehow come together in a great charm bracelet. 

Glossy Garden:  A sweet and glitzy bracelet for a flower lover. Very chunky and made for the girl who wants to be seen. An array of greens, pinks and golds. These are 2 new charm bracelets I've made and will soon be added to my Etsy account for more details and purchase. Both also come with matching earrings.
