Rachel Zoe inspired necklace set & Imperial Set Collage

If anyone knows me, I'm a HUGE Rachel Zoe fan and I watch her show and remember a time where she was wearing a stylish chunky black & white necklace. I embedded a photographic image of it in my head ever since and told myself I need to make something like that. I researched online and was able to find a photo of her wearing the necklace on multiple occasions. It's a perfect, classic piece and I ended up wearing this set to a friend's wedding and fell in love with it.

Here is a photo I found of her wearing the necklace. Her necklace is originally a 3-strand with black and silver rock style beading. Since I was wearing this to a wedding I decided to keep it simpler by making it one strand and using oversized clear nugget beads, gray painted pearls and hex black glass beads. I also made a matching bracelet using the similar beading enclosed with a toggle clasp. For the necklace I used a flower clasp that I wore towards the front of the necklace instead of the back. Just a quick and easy project that can easily be worn on a special occasion OR as you can see- worn with a cotton tank and sweat pants as Rachel does!!

Imperial Necklace & Bracelet Set
Here is the little collection I've put together for my Imperial Necklace & Bracelet set. This set is available on my Etsy site. As you can see, Fall is definitely in the air. Inspired by maroon, browns and orange. Don't be afraid of color. I know I'm a victim of wearing too much gray, black and... more black. These are great everyday colors that you can wear throughout the season that will never go out of style.
